⚠️ Due to the nature of digital services, products CANNOT BE REFUNDED after successful activation.
We are committed to supporting customers in the following cases:
✅ Free account replacement:
- Account cannot login immediately after receiving (shop's fault)
- Account disabled not due to customer's fault
- Missing Pro features after successful login
- Usage time does not match the purchased package
- AI features (Claude, GPT) not working
💰 100% refund (within first 7 days):
- We cannot provide the service as promised
- Account is completely unusable and cannot be replaced
- Customer has not used or used less than 10% of the term
📋 Processing procedure:

Due to the nature of digital services, we CANNOT refund in the following cases:
- Successfully activated: Account has been logged in and used normally
- Change of mind: Customer changes mind after purchase (not applicable for digital services)
- Self-modified info: Customer changed email, password, profile themselves
- Terms violation: Misuse or violation of Cursor's ToS
- Account sharing: Sharing with others or commercial use
- Expired: Account expired according to purchased package
- Cursor's issues: Server down, maintenance from Anysphere/Cursor
Unlike physical products, digital services have unique characteristics:
- 1Cannot be retrieved: Once activated and used, the service has been fully "delivered". There's no way to "take back" used time.
- 2Costs incurred: We have paid the provider (Cursor/Anysphere) upon purchase, these costs cannot be recovered.
- 3Prevent abuse: This policy helps prevent abuse - using the service then requesting refund.
